About Spen Valley Hearing CareThe company is run by David Smith along with his wife Christine from their home, David being the Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (RHAD). Together, they believe they offer a discreet, confidential, service to the hearing impaired. David visits clients in their own home as this helps to reduce costs and savings can be passed on to the client, particularly with the more technologically advanced hearing aids. David has over 25 years of experience with helping the hearing impaired, prior to forming his own company he spent 10 years working with some of the major national hearing aid companies. Having been established for over 15 years the company has built a reputation amongst its clients for supplying quality hearing aids and an excellent after-care service. David is Hpc registered and a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) and their customer care scheme thereby offering complete protection for all their clients.
